I make fish tacos a lot at home and I always put shredded cabbage on them, it is really yummy! The only problem is it doesn’t use up very much cabbage so I’m left with a head of cabbage to whittle away at so I decided to find a recipe that is very cabbage-y so I could use up that giant head of cabbage in my fridge before it went bad. My friend Emily and her son G invited us over for dinner and I made Crunchy Peanut Slaw. It was awesome, it would be even awesomer with a little lime juice added. I’m a fan of lime juice. 😉 The kiddos didn’t eat it but Emily and I sure did!
P.S. I still have part of a head of cabbage in my fridge. Boo. Any favorite cabbage recipes?
